1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Calm Spaces’ website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Services Description
Calm Spaces provides meditation instruction, Feng Shui consultations, and related wellness products. Services are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any wellness program.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of your account, and use services lawfully. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You are responsible for any content you submit, which must not violate third-party rights or contain harmful material.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Consultations are paid in full at booking. Cancellations made 48 hours prior receive a full refund; within 48 hours, no refund but credit for rescheduling. Packages expire 6 months from purchase. All prices are in USD and subject to change; taxes apply.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Calm Spaces and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. User-generated content grants us a non-exclusive license to use for our business.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of merchantability or fitness. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of terms, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease use of services and destroy any materials. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County. You waive any right to class action. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
